This Month's Recipes: March 2016. A collection of simple, yummy vegan and vegetarian recipes - everything that appeared on Amuse Your Bouche in March!

I’ve never been any good at April Fools, so I won’t even bother today. In fact as a kid, I would always ruin the fun by reminding people that it was April Fool’s Day before anyone had a chance to play any tricks. Yeah, I was that irritating child. It was never deliberate, I must add – apparently I just wasn’t very bright (obviously a lot has changed since then…).

Anyway, hopefully by now it’s too late in the day for me to have ruined anyone’s fools this year. Anyone get duped in a good way?

Here’s what went on in March on Amuse Your Bouche. As I pointed out yesterday, I seem to have got myself on an unintentional Mexican kick this month – more variation coming in April, promise!

The top 3 most-viewed recipes this month were:

Slow cooker burrito bowls

Vegetarian slow cooker burrito bowls

This month I also shared a few photos from my 3 week trip around the US in February! I narrowed it down to the top 10, though it wasn’t an easy task.

This month I’ve also done a couple more posts for Brit + Co, so you probably won’t have seen either of these yet (unless you’re stalking me or something)

A slow cooker cinnamon roll bread pudding, which I implore you to make, it’s so good.

And some healthy and colourful herbed quinoa bowls with roasted veggies!

That’s your lot! Hopefully there will be plenty of colourful spring food appearing this month (if the sunshine ever decides to arrive!)
