This Month's Recipes - a collection of all the vegetarian and vegan recipes from Amuse Your Bouche in April 2016! Including pizza, pasta, meatballs, and more :)

It’s May, hoorah! I’m sorry this post is a few days late – it usually goes out on the first of the month, but I was away in Bruges this weekend (so unbelievably beautiful!), and although I had this post scheduled to go up while I was away, technology let me down. Silly technology.

Anyway, we’re finally seeing some sunshine now that it’s May – can you believe it snowed a few days ago? Only for about ten minutes at a time, but still! Snow in April! So bizarre.

If you’ve ever wondered why we Brits are so obsessed with talking about the weather, it’s because it’s always a surprise. Unless it’s raining, of course. Rain is never a surprise.

These were the three most viewed recipes on Amuse Your Bouche this month:

I’m very surprised that tofu beat chocolate and peanut butter! I kind of always assumed that a lot of people hate tofu. I can definitely share more tofu recipes if you guys like it!

My personal favourite recipe from the last month was:

Spicy butternut squash pizza with crispy kale

I also shared a collection of 31 vegetarian stove-top recipes for those of you who don’t have ovens (or just don’t want to turn them on):

And also started to answer the age-old question: What do vegetarians actually eat? (parts 2 and 3 coming soon!)

What do vegetarians actually eat for breakfast?

I shared three recipes over on Brit + Co this month, which you won’t have seen unless you’re super on the ball and you read every single thing I tweet (good going if so!).

I’ve also been sharing some more about my trip round the US over on the Glorious soups blog. You can read part 1 here and part 2 here!

That’s your lot!
