This Month's Recipes: October 2016. A collection of all the simple vegetarian recipes that appeared on Amuse Your Bouche in October 2016. Plenty of vegan recipes too!

Happy November! We’re officially now allowing ourselves to turn the heating on, so I’m sitting here in my super cosy living room, and to be honest I’m a bit too warm. I think I’ve got used to being perpetually cold. Oh well, it will save on the heating bill. Pip the pup serves as a very good (if very tiny) hot water bottle, there’s not much need for anything else.

Hope you all had a fabulous Halloween! We went to watch some fireworks on Sunday night – which apparently is a thing now on Halloween…?┬áNot sure why they couldn’t have waited until Firework Night, which is literally next week, but never mind – any excuse. Then last night we did a very un-Halloweeny pub quiz, and came second! We won a bottle of wine. Not too shabby. I knew my unexplainable knowledge of Justin Bieber and Willow Smith would come in handy eventually.

Onto the fooood! To begin with, here were the three most popular vegetarian recipes on Amuse Your Bouche in October:

Very veggie lentil bake

Aside from the above, my personal favourite recipe from October was:
