Is it just me, or did September go really, really quickly? It’s probably a bit of a cliché to say that, but this time it really feels true. I think I’m finally ready to let go of the summer and embrace all things autumnal – has anybody got any recipe requests for the next couple of months? I’m always happy to oblige.

Since people are always telling me off for not sharing enough photos of the pup, here’s a photo Pip and I took the other day (well, I took the photo, Pip just stood around looking cute – she’s very unhelpful):

(PS you can’t really see in the photo, but my earrings are little elephants, which makes me disproportionately happy)
