- 1 red apple, diced fairly small
- 1 tbsp honey (I used manuka honey)
- 100 g rolled oats (~ 1 cup)
- 300 ml milk (~ 1 1/4 cups)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- Small handful walnuts, chopped
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you're ready to eat.
