Apple pie overnight oats

  • 1 red apple, diced fairly small
  • 1 tbsp honey (I used manuka honey)
  • 100 g rolled oats (~ 1 cup)
  • 300 ml milk (~ 1 1/4 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Small handful walnuts, chopped


  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you're ready to eat.
