Pomegranate daiquiri

  • ~25 ice cubes
  • 200 ml white rum
  • 75 ml kirsch or similar fruit liqueur
  • 710 ml pomegranate juice one bottle of POM Wonderful
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or to taste


  • Add the ice to a blender, and blend until the mixture is slushy, around 10 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients, and blend again very briefly to combine. Serve immediately.
