- 100 g (~ 1/2 cup) fine breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 350 g (~ 3 1/3 cups) button mushrooms
- 100 ml (~ 1/3 cup) olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the curry powder and plenty of salt and pepper.
Toss the mushrooms in some oil, allow any excess oil to drip off, then add to the bowl with the breadcrumb mixture. Mix well to coat the mushrooms in the breadcrumbs. I found it easiest to do around 4 mushrooms at a time.
Place the breaded mushrooms in the pan of the Actifry, and place in the main body of the machine. Select Mode 5, and leave to cook for the designated 20 minutes. Note that in this mode, the Actifry paddle won't spin for the first 10 minutes of cooking.
Serve immediately.
