I don’t know about you, but I think the sandwich is very underrated. I often think of it as a pretty boring lunch, probably because my sandwiches usually consist of cheese and lettuce, and not much else. Buuut, when I find a really good sandwich (epic avocado sandwich alert), it’s a revelation! And now that packed lunch season is well and truly upon us, I thought you might like a little veggie inspiration.

  2. My favourite sandwich is actually one of your very old ones that was my introduction to your blog – Halloumi with Peri-Peri vegetables. I’m so glad my brother-in-law got us a random bottle of Nando’s sauce that I had no idea what to do with, because I’ve been hooked on your recipes ever since!
