I love making pasta for dinner. It’s such a versatile ingredient, and there’s no end to the number of recipes you can make with it! I rarely cook it the same way twice.
Plus, there’s a pasta dish for any occasion. Keep things quick on a weeknight, with tomato and mascarpone sauce or creamy garlic mushrooms, whipped up in just 15 minutes.
Or, spend a bit more time on some oven-baked pasta, like my cheesy tortellini bake, or baked mac and cheese. However you cook it, you can’t go wrong!
