    Recipes Cooked in 45+ Minutes

    I pride myself on my recipes being super straightforward to make. So although all of the vegetarian recipes you'll see below take more than 45 minutes to get on the table, that doesn't mean it's all hands-on time!

    All of my slow cooker recipes are included here, for example, even though the actual prep time is really quick.

    This category also includes oven-baked casseroles, like mushroom bourguignon, enchilada casserole, and baked mac and cheese, which all need time to simmer away in the oven.
