    Recipes Cooked in 30-45 Minutes

    At the weekend, I usually have a little more time that I can spend cooking our family meal - either actively cooking, or waiting while it bakes in the oven. If you've got a bit of time on your hands, these recipes are perfect - they all take 30-45 minutes to prepare and cook.

    A lot of these recipes are quick to prepare, but need a little longer baking in the oven, so you can be getting on with other things while they cook!

    This category includes creamy vegetable bakes, vegetarian curries, and stews that need to simmer for a little while - as well as more hands-on recipes, like homemade gnocchi. Perfect, people-pleasing family meals.
