At the weekend, I usually have a little more time that I can spend cooking our family meal – either actively cooking, or waiting while it bakes in the oven. If you’ve got a bit of time on your hands, these recipes are perfect – they all take 30-45 minutes to prepare and cook.

A lot of these recipes are quick to prepare, but need a little longer baking in the oven, so you can be getting on with other things while they cook!
